Email us

support@peptimes.com

In the app, open Profile (tap your photo or initials at the top of the screen) and tap "Contact Support". Your Mail app opens with our address filled in. If your iPhone has no mail account set up, the app shows the address instead.

It helps if you:

  • write from the email address on your Peptimes account;
  • tell us what you were doing when the problem happened;
  • include your iPhone model and iOS version if something isn't working;
  • leave out health details unless they're needed to explain the problem.

If you've found a security problem, email the details to support@peptimes.com. Please don't post it on the public feedback board.

Find an answer in the help center

The Peptimes help center has step-by-step articles on schedules, logging doses, reminders, your account and your data. In the app, it opens from Profile → "Help & FAQ".

Before you write to us

These articles are good places to start:

Or browse by topic: Account & sign-in, Reminders & notifications, Privacy & your data and Troubleshooting.

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app. This permanently deletes your Peptimes account and its data on this iPhone. It can't be undone.

Before you start

  • If you want a copy of your records, export them first: Profile → "Export My Data".
  • Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription. The delete screen has a "Manage subscriptions" link if you need it.

Steps

  1. Open Profile by tapping your photo or initials at the top of the screen.
  2. Scroll down to "ACCOUNT" and tap "Delete account".
  3. Read what will be removed: your Peptimes account and its sign-in, your schedules and reminders, your dose logs and daily check-ins, your weight history and body profile, and your goals, units and app preferences.
  4. Type DELETE in the box.
  5. Tap "Delete account".

Peptimes then deletes your account and its online profile, clears its data from this iPhone and signs you out, all at once. There's no waiting period. Deleting needs an internet connection. If it can't go through, Peptimes tells you that nothing was deleted, and you can try again.

Good to know

  • Other accounts used on this iPhone keep their own data.
  • If you've used Peptimes on another iPhone, the records on that iPhone stay there until you delete the app from it.

Subscriptions, cancelling and refunds

Peptimes is coming soon to the App Store. Once you subscribe, these apply:

  • Billing: subscriptions are billed by Apple, through your Apple Account. See planned pricing.
  • Cancelling: in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. To avoid being charged when a free trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Deleting doesn't cancel: deleting the app or your Peptimes account doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel it in Settings too.
  • Refunds: Apple handles payments and refunds for App Store purchases, so we can't issue refunds ourselves. To ask Apple for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Feedback, ideas and ratings

These all live in the app:

  • Suggest a feature or vote on ideas: Profile → "Feature Request", or the "Feature Request" tile at the bottom of Insights. Both open our feedback and ideas board. Posts there are public, so leave health details out.
  • Report a problem: Profile → "Report a Bug", or the "Report a Bug" tile at the bottom of Insights. Your Mail app opens with the report filled in, so you can check it before you send it. It includes what you typed, the app version and platform, and a screenshot only if you attach one.
  • Rate Peptimes: Profile → "Rate Peptimes", or the "Rate Peptimes" tile at the bottom of Insights.

What support can't help with

Our team can help with the app and your account. There are a few things we can't do:

  • Doses, schedules and medical questions. We can't advise on what to take, how much, when, or what to do about a missed dose or a side effect. Please talk to your prescriber or a licensed clinician.
  • Buying or checking products. Peptimes is a tracking app. We don't sell peptides, and we can't recommend sellers or tell you whether a product is genuine.
  • Sending you your records. Your health records are stored on your iPhone, and Peptimes doesn't keep a copy on its servers, so we can't send you one. Export your data to keep a copy.

If you think you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Don't wait for a reply from us.
