GLP-1 tracker app for your injection log and the records around it
If you inject a GLP-1 medication on a regular schedule, you end up with a small set of records to keep: when you injected, where, how you felt, your weight and measurements, and what to show your prescriber. Peptimes is an iPhone app for keeping them. You can record semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) and other GLP-1 medications in the Library. You enter your own amount and schedule. Peptimes never suggests an amount.
GLP-1 shot reminders at your own times
Set the days of the week and the time you inject, and Peptimes sends a reminder on your iPhone. You choose the schedule. Peptimes doesn't choose, check or change it.
Under "When to remind me", choose the dose time (the standard) or a set number of minutes before it. It's one reminder per dose: choosing an earlier time moves it, and the time on your schedule doesn't change.
If you haven't logged the injection, a "Not logged" follow-up reminds you again, 2 hours after the dose time as standard; you can change it or turn it off.
A standard reminder shows the medication and the amount on your lock screen. For when you'd rather keep the medication's name off it, discreet reminders show only "You have a reminder" and "Open the app to see it."

A semaglutide or tirzepatide injection log
When you log an injection, Peptimes records the amount you enter, the route and, for an injection, the site. You can mark the dose as taken or as one you didn't take, and add how you feel. Tap the reminder to open Log a Dose, or log it from Today's Doses on Home.
The routes you see depend on the medication you're logging. An injection site is asked for only when the route is an injection, so a dose taken by mouth never carries a site.
If you forgot to log an injection, you can record it afterward from the past days on Home or from the Calendar. If you missed one, Peptimes can record that, but it can't tell you what to do about it. That question is for your prescriber.

Sample data. The amounts are what a demo person entered, not advice.
Injection-site history
Insights has a body map of where you've injected and how recently. It is a history of the sites you chose. It never suggests where to inject next, and site choice and technique are questions for your prescriber or pharmacist. The map includes only doses logged as injections with a site. There's more in injection-site history.

Weight history and body measurements
You enter your weight in the daily check-in, in lb or kg. Body measurements (waist, hips, chest, upper arm, thigh and body fat percentage) go in Body Profile, each one optional and logged by date, and tapping one shows its history. Insights shows a weight trend drawn from the weights you've entered.
These are records you keep. Peptimes records the numbers you enter and doesn't interpret them. What they mean for you is a conversation for your prescriber.

Logging side effects in the daily check-in
The daily check-in is a short note for the day: energy, mood, sleep, weight, water, steps, workouts, calories and macros, and notes. It also records side effects with an intensity for each one. You decide what to fill in. Insights shows what you noted over time.
Peptimes doesn't list or explain side effects. It records what you tell it, and a record isn't a medical review. If something worries you, contact your prescriber or a licensed clinician.

Export your records for an appointment
Export your records as CSV or JSON, then send the file to your prescriber or keep it for yourself. The file includes your injection log, check-ins, weight history and measurements. Exporting your records for an appointment covers what to send and how, and preparing for an appointment covers what to bring.

If you know your medication by its brand name
In the Library, a GLP-1 medication is listed under its active ingredient, and searching by a brand name such as Ozempic or Mounjaro finds that entry. Ozempic, Wegovy and Rybelsus contain semaglutide. Mounjaro and Zepbound contain tirzepatide. Victoza and Saxenda contain liraglutide, Trulicity contains dulaglutide, and Foundayo contains orforglipron. A compounded product isn't the brand-name medicine and doesn't share its FDA approval: approval belongs to a specific product.

Where your records live
Your health records are stored on your iPhone. Peptimes doesn't keep a copy of your records on its servers, so export your data to keep one. Your account (email and basic profile) is held by our sign-in provider, and you sign up with email. No ad trackers. Peptimes is an iPhone app only, with no Android app and no web app. How Peptimes handles your data has the details.

Does Peptimes tell me what dose to take?
No. Peptimes records the amount you enter and the schedule you set. It never suggests an amount. Questions about your doses belong with your prescriber or a licensed clinician.

Yes. Export them as CSV or JSON and send the file, or bring it to your appointment.
Can I track medications other than GLP-1?
