What's in the app

• Dose logging. The amount for each compound, the route, the injection site when you inject, and how you feel. You can log several compounds at once.
• Your own schedules and reminders. You choose the times per day, the days of the week and the start date. Each dose gets one reminder, at the dose time or a set number of minutes before it. There's also a follow-up if you haven't logged it, 2 hours after the dose time as standard; you can change it or turn it off. A discreet mode shows only "You have a reminder" and "Open the app to see it."
• Home, Calendar and Dose History. Today's Doses on Home; month, week and day views in the Calendar; and every dose you've logged, newest first, with search.
• A daily check-in. Energy, mood, sleep, water, steps, workout and cardio minutes, muscle groups, calories and macros, side effects with intensity, and notes.
• Weight and body measurements. Your weight history, plus waist, hips, chest, upper arm, thigh and body fat %.
• A Home Screen widget. Your next dose and today's progress, small or medium. While your iPhone is locked it shows nothing, and with Discreet reminders on it says "Dose" instead of names.
• Insights. Your weight trend, how you've been feeling, side effects over time, your routine, and a body map of where you've injected and how recently.
• The Library. Entries for looking things up, each with its FDA status label.
• Export. Your records as CSV or JSON, for yourself or an appointment.
