Track NMN in Peptimes
NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide, β-NMN) is a nucleotide, not a peptide, with the formula C11H15N2O8P. FDA's substance registry also lists it as fosribnicotinamide. (Source: FDA's substance registry (GSRS).)
Is NMN FDA-approved?
No. It's sold as a dietary supplement, and FDA doesn't approve supplements. In 2025 FDA concluded that NMN isn't excluded from the supplement definition, which isn't an approval.

FDA status
In a response to a citizen petition posted in September 2025, FDA concluded that NMN is not excluded from the definition of a dietary supplement, reversing its 2022 position. That conclusion is not an FDA approval.

How to track it in Peptimes
Add NMN in My Protocols and set the schedule you already follow: days of the week, times of day and a start date. Peptimes never suggests an amount when you log or schedule a dose. Its Library entry shows the status label “Dietary Supplement”.
- Logging: the amount you took and how you feel. It’s logged as oral, so there’s no injection site to record.
- Reminders and history: reminders at your times, Dose History, the Calendar and CSV or JSON export work as described on the peptide tracker app page.
Peptimes is a tracking app, not medical advice. Talk to a licensed clinician about your treatment. Peptimes doesn’t sell NMN or any other compound.
